<p>The Prime Minister, my right hon. Friend the Member for Witney (Mr Cameron), has set out the four areas where we seek to address the concerns of the British public: sovereignty, fairness, competitiveness and immigration. The Government has welcomed reform of the Common Fisheries Policy, as an example of power being passed back to Member States where it can more effectively be exercised.</p>
