answer text <p>The Department does not hold this information. However, we hold operators to account for their performance through the National Rail Contracts (NRC). Department officials are continuously monitoring the overall performance, including compliance with the service levels as specified in NRCs. This regular monitoring includes regular meetings with their senior management where performance figures are scrutinised and challenged.
