answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/10/2020 answer text <p>In July, the Government launched the independent Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities, which is looking at outcomes across the country, with a focus on employment, enterprise, education, health and the criminal justice system.</p><p>Led by the evidence, the Commission will consider the causes of persistent disparities and barriers different groups face, and make recommendations for further action.</p><p>Their work will be crucial in informing and improving the national conversation on race. This includes messaging in well over 600 publications and using trusted community voices to share vital communications through community channels.</p><p>Important health guidance is also available in alternative formats, including Easy Read, British Sign Language and Audio. Accordingly the Government has established a ministerial board, chaired jointly by ministers from the Cabinet Office and Home Office. This board has set direction on the fraud response, with work coordinated by the Government's Counter-Fraud Function. COVID-19 schemes have been assessed for fraud risk and appropriate controls have been designed and implemented. Carer’s Allowance was increased in April.
