answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/06/2019 answer text <p>The United Kingdom’s national action plan for antimicrobial resistance (AMR), published on 24 January 2019, takes a fully integrated and comprehensive One-Health approach for tackling AMR, and includes challenging five-year commitments across human and animal health, agriculture, the environment and food.</p><p>Without more research into AMR in the environment we cannot design effective interventions to minimise risk and protect public health, food production and natural ecosystems. The national action plan therefore includes commitments to deepen our understanding about AMR in the environment, including a specific commitment to explore the establishment of a river catchment-based research programme with clear standards for sample collection, analysis and review, with the aim of delivering AMR monitoring data that can be used to evaluate existing management interventions and inform new policy initiatives.</p><p>The Environment Agency is working with the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and water companies to undertake an extensive programme of investigations to assess a wide range of chemicals entering rivers through wastewater treatment works. As part of this programme, levels of four antibiotics have been monitored in treated sewage effluent in order to quantify levels. The choice of antibiotics was based on the levels of prescription and environmental toxicity studies. This supports the Government’s Air Quality Plan for Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) in UK (2017), which established the Government’s commitment to improve air quality on the Strategic Road Network (SRN).</p><p> </p><p>Highways England’s Delivery Plan 2018-2019, published in July 2018, provides an update on progress and this year’s Delivery Plan with a further update will be published this summer.</p><p> </p><p>Highways England have agreed with the Department for Transport a programme of work to assess and deliver improvements in air quality on the SRN, with a focus on 101 SRN road links which have been identified by Government’s Pollution Climate Mapping (PCM) model as exceeding NO2 limit values.</p><p> </p><p>Highways England are analysing these road links through their programme of work to identify what measures can be implemented to deliver compliance as quickly as possible. We have a responsibility to advertise Universal Credit and have been doing so for some time. This helps ensure people understand the benefits they may be entitled to and that they have the information they need when it comes to making a claim.</p><p>The Department has a responsibility to ensure claimants do not miss out on their full entitlements and to encourage people to make their claim as quickly as possible.</p><p>To identify complaint cases concerning the Universal Credit campaign in the Metro newspaper would require every complaint case to be examined. So, this data could only be collated at a disproportionate cost to the Department.</p><p>In November 2018 Ministers agreed to the principle of national media partnership. The specific Metro campaign was taken forward by Departmental officials. This builds on the commitment in the 25 Year Environment Plan to eliminate all avoidable plastic waste.</p><p>Following a public consultation in 2017, the Fundraising Regulator strengthened its Code of Practice, requiring charitable house to house collectors not to post collection bags to properties that indicate they do not wish to receive them, thus reducing the distribution of unwanted charity collection bags. By introducing these subjects alongside each other, schools will teach children how to have respectful and healthy relationships and how to understand and protect their own mental and physical health. These new subjects complement the reforms set out in the ‘Transforming Children and Young People’s Mental Health Provision’ green paper and support schools to adopt a whole-school approach to foster pupil wellbeing.</p><p> </p><p>As with other aspects of the curriculum, schools will have flexibility over how they deliver the subjects to ensure that content is age-appropriate and sensitive. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2019 answer text <p>We have serious concerns about the human rights situation in the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) including restrictions on freedom of religion or belief, and restrictions on freedom of assembly and association.</p><p> </p><p>We consistently urge China to respect all fundamental rights across the People's Republic of China, including in Tibet, in line with both its own constitution and the international frameworks to which it is a party. We believe that long-term stability in Tibet will be best achieved through respect for universal human rights and genuine autonomy for Tibet within the framework of the Chinese constitution. Meaningful dialogue is the best way to address and resolve the underlying grievances and we continue to urge all sides to restart talks.</p><p> </p><p>Further, the UK is active in raising Tibet in multilateral fora. We made a statement at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva in June 2018 where we reiterated our concerns over restrictions on civil and political freedoms, particularly minority rights, and freedom of religion in China, including Tibet. Additionally, we asked an advanced question about Tibet at China’s last Universal Periodic Review, and included our concerns in our statement.</p><p> </p><p>We are also aware of, and concerned by, reports of the apparent increasing isolation of TAR through restrictions on foreign tourists, journalists and officials (including those representing the UN and EU) seeking to visit TAR.
