The vast majority of powers in otherwise devolved areas - returning from Brussels - will now flow directly and immediately to Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast, bypassing Westminster entirely. My officials are in regular discussions with Capita’s leadership who have assured us that it remains committed to delivering its public sector contracts.</p><p>Responsibility for monitoring service delivery sits within individual contracting authorities.
