However, during the 2016/17 tax year approximately 590m payments to individuals were reported via RTI. 5.7% of those were reported late. Families on benefits should have to make the same financial decisions as families supporting themselves solely through work. This was particularly the case for HMS DUNCAN in 2014 and 2016 when she visited Belfast, the latter being in company with the other vessels in the NATO Task Group.</p><p>These visits also allow wider defence engagements and support to the community and charities.
