answer text <p>This Government is implementing significant reforms to support homeowners through the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Bill.</p><p>As part of this, we will introduce measures to enable homeowners to hold estate management companies to account for what they spend.</p><p>This includes giving homeowners more information on what they are paying for, and the ability to challenge the reasonableness of their costs.</p><p>As Continued at Report Stage, the Government understands the strength of feeling on this issue, and we are considering it further.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Attorney General and I have 28 days from the date of sentence to refer a case to the Court of Appeal under the Unduly Lenience Sentence (ULS) scheme.</p><p>This is a statutory time limit and cannot be extended in any circumstances.</p><p>Humphrey Burke was sentenced in 2022 and therefore his case cannot be referred under the ULS scheme.</p> more like this
