answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/01/2022 answer text <p>As set out in the Statement of Funding Policy, the Barnett formula applies to changes in UK Government department budgets.</p><p>The Welsh Government's existing funding already includes Barnett consequentials on changes in overall funding provided to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, which is responsible for cladding remediation in England. Our relationship with the Territories is based on partnership and we are working together to put in place arrangements to protect the legal status and rights of LGBT+ people. Money obtained through corruption or criminality, including that linked to Russia, is not welcome in the UK. Some of our response will be visible, through law enforcement, policy and international engagement, other options will be less visible, but no less impactful. Our response continuously evolves with the threat.</p><p>Our capabilities include the use of immigration powers to protect the UK from a range of national security threats. As part of this we are reviewing all Tier 1 (Investor) visas granted before 5 April 2015.</p><p>We have previously made reforms to the visa route in 2015 and 2019 and we continue to keep this visa route under review. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/01/2022 answer text <p>The Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs is following developments in Kazakhstan closely and is very concerned by the violent clashes witnessed in recent days. It is deeply regrettable that lives have been lost and many others injured. We have called for calm and condemned the acts of violence and destruction of property. Protests should be peaceful and law enforcement responses proportionate and in line with Kazakhstan's international commitments. We are also concerned by the withdrawal of internet services. At the beginning of the protests, President Tokayev signalled his intention to engage with the legitimate demands of peaceful protestors, a fact that we welcome. FCDO Ministers and the British Embassy team in Nur-Sultan are in contact with the Kazakhstan authorities to establish the latest information. The situation is changing quickly, so any British Nationals in Kazakhstan or planning to travel should check the latest advice on the FCDO website, which is kept under regular review.
