<p>General practitioners (GPs) and pharmacists are directly responsible for ordering flu vaccine from suppliers which are used to deliver the national flu programme to adults. In addition, the Department has procured additional flu vaccine that will be available from November in addition to the supplies already ordered by providers.</p><p>Guidance on how GPs and community pharmacies can access the additional flu vaccine will be published shortly.</p>
