However, local authorities already have extensive powers under the advertisement control regime in the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and through community protection notices in the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 to tackle fly-posting. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/01/2020 answer text <p>The upcoming Environment Bill will contain provisions to tackle poor air quality, which is the greatest environmental risk to health.</p><p> </p><p>The Air Quality chapter in the Environment Bill will ensure that local authorities have a clear framework for tackling air pollution, and simple to use powers to address air quality in their areas. It will also provide Government with new powers to enforce environmental standards for vehicles, and will commit to setting an ambitious, long-term air quality target.</p><p> </p><p>The Environment Bill fell at the dissolution of the last Parliament, but the Conservative Party manifesto committed to reintroducing the Bill and we are expecting to see its reintroduction to Parliament shortly. Over the last 10 years (2008 – 2018) concentrations of sulphur dioxide monitored have remained consistently low. There are merits to cattle vaccination as it has the potential to reduce the prevalence, incidence and spread of TB. As with badgers, however, BCG (<em>M. bovis </em>- bacille Calmette-Guérin) vaccination is not completely effective, and has no impact on already infected cattle.
