Retailers are encouraged to provide information on whether their wrapping paper can be recycled or whether it should be disposed of in residual waste.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Packaging materials, including wrapping paper sold with the product, are covered by the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations which place a legal obligation on businesses that make or use packaging to ensure that a proportion of the packaging they sell is recovered and recycled.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>This creates an incentive for companies to use less packaging and to ensure that their packaging can be recycled at end of life as it will reduce their costs in complying with the Regulations.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We have committed to exploring changes to the packaging producer responsibility scheme. This will look at all aspects of the regime, including mechanisms to encourage increased recyclability. The Government has given the FCA strong powers to protect consumers.</p><p> </p><p>FCA rules are based on the principle that money should only be lent to a consumer if they can afford to repay it. The rules set out what is expected of firms, and the sanctions if they lend irresponsibly.</p><p> </p><p>The FCA also has comprehensive guidance for firms when lending to consumers with mental capacity limitations. Individuals will continue to be able to move, live and work on the same basis as now up until the end of December 2020.”</p><p> </p><p>We recognise that the location of the European Union’s agencies is a matter for the European Union. In seeking a new future economic partnership with the EU, we will discuss how best to continue cooperation in the field of medicines regulation, in the best interests of patients, citizens and business, both in the United Kingdom and the EU. Ongoing violence and the severe humanitarian crisis have forced nearly 2.5 million people to flee their homes to neighbouring countries. Through bilateral programmes and multilateral partners, the Department for International Development has provided lifesaving aid and livelihood support to South Sudanese refugees, including 950,000 refugees in Uganda; up to 150,000 in Sudan; and 100,000 in Kenya. DFID is also a significant contributor to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, providing £140 million of flexible funding from 2017-2021, which includes support for South Sudanese refugees who have fled to Ethiopia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/09/2018 answer text <p>Information on the number of veterans who have served in the Duke of Lancaster's Regiment (King's, Lancashire and Border) (LANCS) and received treatment for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) in the last five years is not held by the Ministry of Defence (MOD).</p><p>The NHS in England and the Devolved Administrations are responsible for the provision of healthcare, including mental healthcare, for veterans. Veterans in England, Scotland and Wales receive priority access to NHS secondary care for Service related conditions, subject to the clinical need of all patients. The MOD also provides support through its Departments of Community Mental Health, and the Veterans and Reserves Mental Health Programme.</p><p>In England, veterans and Service personnel approaching discharge benefit from the NHS England Veterans Mental Health Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service (VMH TILs) which increases access to appropriate and timely mental health services. In April 2018 NHS England launched the Veterans Mental Health Complex Treatment Service (VMH CTS) which provides an enhanced service for veterans who have military-attributable complex mental health problems, including PTSD, that have not been resolved earlier in the care/support pathway.
