answer text <p>We are concerned by reports that the Nigerian military are using schools in north east Nigeria for military purposes. The UK fully supports UN Security Council Resolution 1998 which urges all parties involved in armed conflict to refrain from actions that impede children’s safe access to education.</p><p>We regularly stress to the Nigerian authorities the importance of protecting civilians in conflict and continue to call on Nigeria to ensure that its security forces respect and act in accordance with International Humanitarian Law.</p> more like this

answer text <p><strong> </strong></p><p>It would not be appropriate for details of the ongoing investigation to be made public as that may prejudice the outcome of any criminal or civil cases which arise from it.</p><p> </p><p>If any directors are disqualified the Insolvency Service will publish the details of the disqualification on its website (for three months) and will notify Companies House, which keeps the statutory register of disqualifications. In addition, where the investigation uncovers matters of potential criminal misconduct or other regulatory breaches then this will be reported to the relevant authority for further action.</p><p> </p><p>Once the investigation is completed the Government will consider what detail it is appropriate to publish having full regard to any legal restrictions on publication, and also the legitimate public interest in the cause of the BHS failure.</p> more like this

The Rules set out the criteria that applications for entry clearance, leave to enter and leave to remain must meet to qualify for entry or to remain. Applicants must produce either a valid passport or travel document that satisfactorily establishes their identity and nationality or citizenship. Nationals or citizens of Israel who hold a full Israeli passport, do not require a visa to come to the UK as a visitor or for any other purpose, for less than six months. answer text <p>The Charity Commission for England and Wales is the independent registrar and regulator of charities and is not subject to Ministerial direction or control.</p><p>The Charity Commission publishes safer giving advice for members of the public to ensure their generous donations support legitimate charitable activities. The advice includes checking that the organisation is a registered charity and verifying further information on the Register of Charities. Our Embassy in Tel Aviv has raised our concerns on demolitions with the Israeli authorities, most recently on 7 June, and urged them to provide a legal route for Palestinians to obtain building permits.</p><p> </p><p>The UK position on demolitions is clear: demolitions cause unnecessary suffering to ordinary Palestinians; are harmful to the peace process; and are, in all but the most exceptional of cases, contrary to international humanitarian law.</p> more like this
