answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2023 answer text <p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) is aware of the issue with abandoned vessels on land owned by the MOD at Cornwall Beach in Plymouth.</p><p>Plymouth City Council cleared the area earlier in 2023, and, with MOD agreement, are considering the installation of lockable bollards to prevent public access.
