These show that the annual rate of CPI inflation was 10.7% in November, down from 11.1% in October.</p><p>The Office for Budget Responsibility has confirmed global factors are the primary cause of current inflation. We are undertaking a review of the grant, as required by the 2012 Grant Agreement. As the review is ongoing, I am unable to provide specific details.
