answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/12/2022 answer text <p>In 2022, we published the Women’s Health Strategy for England, which identified gynaecological conditions, including endometriosis and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), as a priority.</p><p>We have allocated £2.3 billion to establish up to 160 community diagnostic centres (CDCs) by 2024/25 to reduce waiting times for diagnostic tests, such as ultrasound for those with suspected PCOS. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is considering the development of a guideline on PCOS. NICE’s guidelines set out evidence-based recommendations, including on the diagnosis and management of conditions, to improve the quality of care. We expect healthcare professionals and commissioners to take these guidelines into account in the treatment of patients.</p><p>We are also increasing activity through dedicated surgical hubs for planned procedures, focusing on providing high-volume low-complexity surgery, such as laparoscopies for suspected endometriosis. NICE recently conducted a surveillance review of its endometriosis guideline. On 3 November 2022, NICE confirmed that it will update the sections on diagnosing endometriosis, surgical management and surgical management, if fertility is a priority. NICE will also explore mental wellbeing and support for those with suspected or confirmed endometriosis during the scoping of the update. The expected publication date of the updated guideline will be available in due course. NHS England is also reviewing the service specification for severe endometriosis, including care pathways for thoracic endometriosis and expects to report on the outcome in 2023. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2022 answer text <p>In March 2022, the government stated in the summary of responses to its consultation on the regulation of non-transferable debt securities (NTDS) that its preferred approach was to include non-transferable securities within the scope of the reformed Prospectus Regime.</p><p> </p><p>On 19 July, the government confirmed that it will use the Future Regulatory Framework powers being taken forward in the Financial Services and Markets Bill to deliver its reforms to the Prospectus Regime. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/12/2022 answer text <p>The Government works closely together with regulators, the financial services industry and other stakeholders, to ensure that all consumers of financial services receive appropriate protection.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has a range of work underway which will improve support for vulnerable consumers, including legislating to protect access to cash through the Financial Services and Markets Bill, and piloting a No-Interest Loans scheme which aims to help consumers in vulnerable circumstances who struggle to access affordable forms of credit.</p><p> </p><p>In February 2021, the FCA published its finalised guidance for firms on the fair treatment of vulnerable customers, setting out a number of best practices (https://www.fca.org.uk/publications/finalised-guidance/guidance-firms-fair-treatment-vulnerable-customers). This applies to all firms where the FCA Principles for Business apply, regardless of sector, and in respect of the supply of products or services to retail customers. This guidance explores, among other things, how firms can understand the needs of vulnerable customers and provide targeted services for this cohort. That is why we want to support people in the UK to secure the English language skills they need.</p><p>The department funds English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) provision for eligible adults aged 19 and over through the Adult Education Budget (AEB).</p><p>Currently, approximately 60% of the AEB is devolved to nine Mayoral Combined Authorities and delegated to the Mayor of London acting through the Greater London Authority. These authorities are responsible for the provision of adult education and allocation of the AEB in their local areas.</p><p>The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) is responsible for the remaining AEB in non-devolved areas, where colleges and training providers have the freedom and flexibility to determine how they use their AEB to meet the needs of their communities. Guidance for these providers is set out in the ESFA Adult Education Budget Funding Rules 2022/23, which can be found here: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/adult-education-budget-aeb-funding-rules-2022-to-2023" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/adult-education-budget-aeb-funding-rules-2022-to-2023</a>.</p><p>In addition, the department continues to improve the ESOL offer for learners.
