This is why we provide full funding for adults to access a range of English and mathematics courses up to and including GCSE and equivalent qualifications. We are introducing a similar right to funding for specified Information and Communication Technology (ICT) courses.</p><p> </p><p>The Skills for Life Survey, 2011, estimated the literacy, numeracy and ICT knowledge of adults aged 16-64 in England, including estimates for regions and local authorities. ICT knowledge was assessed against four component elements, including word processing, emailing, spreadsheets and a multiple choice assessment of other ICT expertise such as internet use. The ambition is that by 2020, 95% of those referred will start treatment within one week if the case is urgent and four weeks if the case is non-urgent.</p><p> </p><p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) published its updated clinical guideline for the recognition and treatment of eating disorders for people of all ages in May 2017. It is available at:</p><p> </p><p><a href="http://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ng69" target="_blank">www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ng69</a></p><p>A pathway for adults with eating disorders, together with detailed implementation guidance for providers, will be developed by the National Collaborating Centre for Mental Health in partnership with NICE over 2017/18. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2017 answer text <p>The UK is supporting people in Lebanon by meeting the most urgent humanitarian needs of Syrian refugees and vulnerable host communities, investing in job opportunities and providing quality education to children in Lebanon. Since the start of the Syria crisis, DFID has provided nearly half a million cash grants and vouchers to vulnerable people to meet their basic needs, expanded the Lebanese education system to reach almost 300,000 Syrian children, and improved infrastructure and services in 51 of the most conflict-prone municipalities.
