answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/01/2019 answer text <p>Saudi Arabia remains a <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/saudi-arabia-human-rights-priority-country/saudi-arabia-human-rights-priority-country" target="_blank">Foreign and Commonwealth Office human rights priority country</a>, particularly because of the use of the death penalty, women's rights and restrictions on freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and freedom of religion or belief.</p><p>We welcome recent positive developments, including the end on the ban on women driving in Saudi Arabia, but recognise women's rights still fall short of international standards.</p><p>The UK strongly supports freedom of expression. We believe that civil society organisations and individuals should have the freedom to express their opinions, including where they challenge government policy. This includes Human Rights Defenders – those people that seek to promote universal human rights for their fellow citizens. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/01/2019 answer text <p>The treatment of all British-Iranians detained in Iran, including Mrs Zaghari-Ratcliffe is a priority for the Government. We urgently raise these cases with the Iranian Government at every opportunity. On 14 January, the Foreign Secretary summoned the Iranian Ambassdor to the UK. The Foreign Secretary called for Mrs Zaghari-Ratcliffe to be immediately given the healthcare she requires and for her and other British-Iranian dual nationals to be released. The Iranian authorities have since confirmed that access to external medical treatment will be permitted. We will continue to raise Mrs Zaghari-Ratcliffe's case, as well as our other consular cases, with the Iranian Government at every opportunity, including requesting consular access, and will continue to take action in line with what we believe will produce the best outcomes in their cases. We are only able to provide consular support to British nationals, including dual nationals, and to otherwise un-represented EU and Commonwealth nationals. We regularly call on Israel to halt such counterproductive activity and instead urgently commit to creating a better environment for a just and lasting peace. This set out a vision of a smoke-free generation and detailed ambitions to reduce smoking prevalence amongst adults, pregnant women and young people, as well as to reduce the inequality gap in smoking prevalence between those in routine and manual occupations and the general population. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/01/2019 answer text <p>The Government has undertaken a comprehensive strategic assessment of the effects of Heathrow expansion on the area surrounding the airport as part of the Appraisal of Sustainability. This assessment included consideration of local economic impacts including a forecast that, with expansion, between 39,000 and 78,000 additional local jobs will be created by 2050. The Airports National Policy Statement (ANPS) expects that Heathrow Airport Limited’s (HAL) public pledge on apprenticeships will be met. By 2030 this is projected to double to 10,000 the number of apprenticeships available across the airport, its supply chain and airport related businesses.</p><p>Heathrow Airport already has good surface transport links to the rest of the UK. In the future, it will connect to Crossrail, link to HS2 at Old Oak Common and Transport for London has recently completed the procurement for new trains on the Piccadilly line which will increase to 15 trains per hour the number of trains serving the airport. The industry has nominated more than 300 stations, including many in rural areas, for this funding and we hope to announce the successful stations in April.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, whenever the industry installs, replaces or renews station infrastructure this must comply with current accessibility standards. Our grant fund is enabling charities and other organisations to launch projects for people who are currently out of work due to caring responsibilities and want to return to permanent employment. Home-Start have previously applied for this GEO funding.</p><p> </p><p>We have recently announced further funding to support those with additional barriers to participating in the labour market – including people who speak little English, people with disabilities, and those who are homeless or have been victims of domestic abuse.
