The Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice was strengthened in June 2018 and accompanied by guidance to make clear what is expected of online fundraising platforms in terms of their transparency. Decisions on subsidised bus services are a matter for individual English local authorities, in the light of their other spending priorities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/10/2018 answer text <p>Patients with Usher syndrome have a wide range of needs, with many services being commissioned by local clinical commissioning groups (CCGs). NHS England commissions more specialist services such as cochlear implants (which are suitable for some patients with Usher syndrome). The Care Quality Commission, when inspecting the quality of care delivered by providers looks at how services implement the Accessible Information Standard.</p><p> </p><p>Under the Children and Families Act 2014, children and young people who are deafblind may be eligible for special educational support, and health, education and social care services should work together to assess and plan to deliver this.
