answer text <p>HMG have worked closely with the Fundraising Regulator and the Chartered Institute of Fundraising to produce guidance to support safe and effective fundraising, in line with restrictions under each step of the COVID-19 roadmap. Current guidance is available on the Fundraising Regulator’s website.</p><p>The National Lottery Community Fund is a non-departmental public body (NDPB), which means that it operates at ‘arm’s length’ from government. answer text <p>The Government has made a series of funds available to local authorities in support of necessary fire safety remediation works. This includes the £400 million Social Sector Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) Cladding Remediation Fund, to fully fund the remediation of unsafe ACM cladding on social sector residential buildings over 18 million in height, including council-owned blocks. <del class="ministerial">All eligible publicly owned buildings have started remediation and 69% have completed</del><strong><del class="ministerial">.</del></strong><ins class="ministerial">Remediation has either completed or started on 157 social sector residential buildings (98% of social sector buildings, equating to 100% of buildings identified at 31 December 2019).</ins></p><p>The Government has also provided support for local authorities carrying out important and necessary carbon reduction retrofitting, including the £3.8 billion Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF), to support local authorities and housing associations to improve the energy performance of social rented homes. In addition, there will be around £160 million total funding for the first wave of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund programme in 2021/22, to make further progress towards delivering the government's commitment to invest in the energy performance of homes.</p>

The RFA does not sponsor the Merchant Navy Ratings Pension Fund and the MOD is not responsible for any costs or entitlements associated with it.</del></p><p> </p><p><del class="ministerial">In addition, my answer to Questions 18563 and 18564 on 28 June 2021 contained an error. It stated:</del></p><p> </p><p><del class="ministerial">The RFA does not sponsor the Merchant Navy Officers Pension Fund and the MOD is not responsible for any costs or entitlements associated with it.</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">It should have said:</del></p><p><del class="ministerial">The RFA does not sponsor the Merchant Navy Ratings Pension Fund and the MOD is not responsible for any costs or entitlements associated with it. </del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">The Royal Navy is a participating employer for the Merchant Navy Pension Fund for Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA) personnel who were members of this scheme prior to the RFA transitioning to the main Civil Service Pension Scheme. The fund closed to new members on 31 May 2001 and is in the process of running down.</ins></p>

However, it is possible, as not all of the former employees who were members of this pension scheme will have reached the scheme retirement age yet. As they are no longer employees, UKRI have no record of their current pension scheme memberships or entitlements.</ins></p> more like this

answer text <p>Public Health England advice is that we should aim for the highest possible level of vaccination coverage, and higher coverage will help limit outbreaks. Even with a fully vaccinated population, however, smaller outbreaks could occur, because the vaccine does not offer complete protection. The risk of outbreaks is also influenced by other factors including the local demographics, previous exposure, and community prevalence.</p><p> </p><p>HMPPS strongly encourages all staff and prisoners to have the COVID-19 vaccine. We ask employees to let us know when they have had each dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by recording their vaccine status on our HR system. As the disclosure of their vaccine status is entirely voluntary, it means the self-declaration rates <del class="ministerial">presented below</del> will be lower than the actual number of staff who have been vaccinated.</p> more like this
