answer text <p>The Government absolutely recognises the importance of post offices in East Renfrewshire, Blaydon and other communities across the UK and is committed to the Post Office network’s future.</p><p> </p><p>Government has provided a further £370 million from 2018 to 2021 to safeguard the network and invest in its future. Following this, and the new Banking Framework, postmaster pay is increasing. answer text <p>There were more than 3000 responses to the call for evidence which are still being considered. Many dedicated families are doing a very good job educating their children at home, taking on heavy responsibilities in doing so.</p><p>We are concerned, however, that overall numbers of children said to be being educated at home are rising, the reasons for which are complex. We need to help local authorities deal effectively with children who are not in school. We will publish the Government’s response soon.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Although suicides among children are relatively rare, I am concerned about increases in suicide and self-harm amongst teenagers. As Suicide Prevention Minister I am personally committed to do whatever we can to prevent suicides in children.</p><p>We have challenged social media companies to step up and protect children from harmful suicidal and self-harm content and cyberbullying.</p><p>The NHS long-term plan commits to increasing funding for children and young people’s mental health services which will ensure children can access the right support, including crisis care provision.</p> more like this

answer text <p>We have set out a clear manifesto commitment in England to tackle aggressive parking enforcement and excessive parking charges, and we are taking steps to tackle rogue and unfair practices by private parking operators. This Government has put in place a range of measures to deal with aggressive activities of private parking companies, including the banning of wheel clamping and towing. We are considering further reform.</p><p>Off-street parking policy is however a devolved matter to Scotland, and as such accreditation is a matter for the Scottish Government. Therefore, I can only comment on the accredited trade associations with respect to England.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Section 166 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 gives the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) the power to commission reports by “skilled persons” in order to obtain an independent view of any aspect of a firm’s activities. It has appointed Mazars and Promontory Financial Group to carry out a skilled person’s review of the treatment by RBS of business customers in financial difficulty. This review is ongoing. The FCA expects that the skilled person will be reporting review outcomes by the end of 2015 and intends to publish the outcomes of the review after the skilled person has reported.</p><p> </p> more like this
