answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/04/2019 answer text <p>The Government’s priority is to keep consumers safe.</p><p> </p><p>The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) review considered the adequacy of Whirlpool’s response on tumble dryer safety. As a result, OPSS has issued a Decision Letter to Whirlpool setting out further actions for the company to take in relation to risk management and communications with customers. Whilst the issue of supplementary heating has not been raised by any of the Doorkeepers through the usual management channels, I can confirm that the situation has already been assessed and a simple solution, involving the closing of a fire door, has been identified, which will be implemented immediately, subject to consultation with the fire safety team. In addition, the high level windows in library corridor, which had been contributing to a cold draught in the corridor, have now all been closed.<br></p><p>The Doorkeepers are on post for a maximum of 30 minutes at a time, and the post is rotated daily between a team of 11 Doorkeepers, so the team should find that the proposed solution will deliver immediate benefits to their working environment.<br></p><p>The Library Corridor is not presently heated. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2019 answer text <p>We do not routinely collect or publish data on families in receipt of working tax credit with earnings below the threshold for free school meals eligibility,</p><p>The department does not have any plans to extend free school meals entitlement to families in receipt of working tax credit and therefore have not made an assessment of the potential additional costs or benefits of extending free school meals to those households in receipt of working tax credit who meet the earned income threshold.</p><p>​Working tax credit, alongside other legacy benefits are being phased out and replaced by Universal Credit. However, the RBS alternative remedies package will see a £775m investment in business banking facilities, helping businesses benefit from greater choice and offers on banks’ services. Community benefit societies may also find it helpful to know that the UK Finance website hosts an online guide to help small businesses prepare when opening or switching to a new business current account. This can be found here: https://business-account-opening-guide.ukfinance.org.uk</p><p> </p><p>The government recognises the important role of community benefit societies and other forms of social enterprise, which tackle some of the most challenging problems our society faces. In January 2018 DCMS announced £135m allocated to social investment, which social enterprises will benefit from.
