answer text <p>The spend on the Get In Go Far campaign was agreed with the Minister for the Cabinet Office through the Efficiency Reform Group in 2014 following a direct commission from the Prime Minister. The campaign is aimed at young people aged 14-24, parents of 14-24s, and teachers to establish apprenticeships as the norm alongside A levels and university. The campaign began on 20 August 2014. answer text <p>In accordance with Rule 248 of the Highway Code, motorists are prohibited from parking a vehicle against the direction of traffic at night unless it is on a part of the road set aside for the parking of vehicles. The Police and local authorities have powers to enforce against this type of dangerous parking.</p><p> </p><p>This requirement is less of an issue during daylight hours when parked vehicles can be seen more easily, although Rule 239 of the Highway Code states “do not park facing against the traffic flow”.</p><p> </p> more like this
