This includes someone subject to a valid Section 21 notice for eviction. The Act also requires housing authorities to take into account the specific needs of people suffering from mental illness or impairment when designing advice and information services. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/07/2018 answer text <p>The Royal Bank of Scotland’s decision to close bank branches and publication of its data are commercial decisions for the Royal Bank of Scotland. However, the impact on communities must be understood, considered and mitigated where possible.</p><p> </p><p>The industry’s Access to Banking Standard, launched in May 2017, commits banks to ensure personal and business customers are better informed about branch closures and the reasons for them closing, along with the options they have locally to continue to access banking services, including specialist assistance for customers who need more help. The Access to Banking Standard is monitored and enforced by the independent Lending Standards Board.</p><p> </p><p>At Autumn Budget 2017, the Chancellor also wrote to the Post Office and UK Finance to ask them to raise public awareness of the banking services available at the Post Office for individuals and SMEs.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is committed to widespread free access to cash. LINK, the organisation that runs the UK’s ATM network, operates a Financial Inclusion Programme, which subsidises ATMs in areas that have poor access to cash and would not otherwise be viable. The standards cover partner policies and processes on safeguarding, human resources, whistleblowing, risk management, codes of conduct and governance.</p><p> </p><p>We are working closely with governments, charities, independent experts, suppliers and affected individuals in this country and the countries where we work to identify which further reforms will make the most difference in preventing sexual abuse and exploitation and improving the response when it does occur. Adult social care funding will be discussed during the forthcoming 2019 Spending Review.</p><p> </p><p>Councils have access to £9.4 billion more dedicated funding for social care between 17/18 and 19/20 as a result of measures introduced since 2015. All ALBs are subject to a tailored review or equivalent at least once in the lifetime of a Parliament. The Cabinet Office's tailored review guidance sets out the principles for government departments to use when reviewing ALBs.
