The Government consulted on the introduction of standardised packaging and published an impact assessment, which included benefits to public health. answer text <p>Border, immigration and nationality fees are reviewed on an annual basis. The current visa fees are set out in the Immigration and Nationality (Fees) Regulations 2017. These fees are paid by all applicants, including Serbian nationals.</p><p> </p><p>The length of a UK visa can vary and is based on the type of visa issued and what the applicant plans to do in the UK, not the nationality of the applicant.</p><p> </p><p>Visas are an important part of securing the U.K. Border against national security, illegal immigration and criminality. answer text <p>The Government has no current plan to limit the disclosure of addresses of victims of domestic violence to judges and magistrates in court proceedings.</p><p> </p><p>There are a number of protections already available to parties in the civil and family courts, including measures to protect a ‘safe’ address by providing an alternative. In the criminal courts, victims are not automatically required to disclose their address either on court papers or in the court room.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Calculation of a child maintenance liability is based on gross income information provided directly to the Child Maintenance Service by HMRC. <del class="ministerial">Individuals are required to declare unearned income not taxed at source which does not exceed £2500 a year to HMRC, which already enables HMRC to include it in the income information they provide.</del> Unearned income exceeding £2500 a year is dealt with by HMRC through tax self-assessment <del class="ministerial">and is picked up in a child maintenance calculation through an unearned income variation. We have no plans to review this.</del><ins class="ministerial">The treatment of unearned income for child maintenance purposes is aligned with this for administrative efficiency. We are inviting views on the future treatment of &quot;income&quot; within the recently published Compliance and Arrears Strategy consultation.</ins></p> more like this

answer text <p>The Home Office and our accommodation providers take complaints extremely seriously and have robust procedures in place to inspect, investigate and resolve when specific information is received. In the first instance, issues with Asylum Accommodation should be reported to the relevant Provider, for them to resolve. Where a Provider does not resolve a complaint satisfactorily, or the response is considered inadequate, then the complaint can be brought directly to UKVI, including via Migrant Help or another representative. Our records show that between October 2016 and October 2017 UKVI have received 68 complaints concerning G4S service to asylum seekers. These figures are based on local management information. This information has not been quality assured under National Statistics protocols, is subject to change and should be treated as provisional.</p> more like this
