answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/10/2020 answer text <p>The industry continue to build on their successful anti-trespass campaign “You vs Train”, and collaborate to prevent fatalities on the network. Through the Trespass Improvement Programme (TIP), the industry is also looking at implementing physical measures to prevent access to the network, which they are supplementing with technological improvements designed to deter trespass.</p><p> </p><p>Projects under development include platform end and edge improvements, such as AI cameras and off-grid CCTV that help detect trespassers faster, Virtual Reality videos and mental health campaigns to encourage behavioural change, and a new partnership between the industry and the Scouts Association, covering Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers. We have been pleased to see increased numbers of apprentices in both road and rail, including in the supply chain.</p><p> </p><p>We continue to work closely with industry on the skills agenda during this challenging period including through the continuation of apprenticeship programmes.</p><p> </p><p>We also recognise the importance of schemes that can bridge the gap to taking on a full apprenticeship, such as traineeships, work placements and pre-apprenticeship programmes. Three out of five people who were tested in-person received their test result the very next day. The testing offer in Slough currently includes a regional test site and a local test site, as well as several locations that regularly host mobile testing units.</p><p> </p><p>National data shows that between 28 January and 3 February 2021, over 97% of PCR test results from in-person sites were returned the day after the test was taken. This relief is estimated to be worth over £3 billion to the tourism and hospitality sectors.</p><p> </p><p>In light of the COVID-19 outbreak, the Chancellor has announced a range of measures to help individuals and businesses through the crisis, including grants, loans and relief from business rates. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/11/2020 answer text <p>To ensure essential and urgent treatment for all cancer patients, including children, continued throughout the response to the pandemic, COVID-19-protected surgical hubs have been established for cancer surgery across the country to keep often vulnerable cancer patients safe. This particularly protects cancer patients from immunocompromised infection. All 21 Cancer Alliances across England now have arrangements in place for cancer hubs.</p><p>The Cancer Recovery Taskforce is overseeing the development of the cancer recovery plan and reviewing progress against objectives including considering any impact of a second wave of COVID-19.
