Rail must make a significant contribution towards achieving this target as part of our Transport Decarbonisation Plan.</p><p> </p><p>In line with the recommendations of the Rail Industry Decarbonisation Taskforce, Network Rail is developing a Traction Decarbonisation Network Strategy with the Department and industry partners.
