The Ministry of Defence conducted a technical assessment during the BAE Systems tendering process to ensure bids met specifications.</p><p>There were four bids received in total. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/10/2016 answer text <p>​The Government recognises the significant burden that the Government of Kenya faces in housing a large number of Somali refugees, and encourages it to maintain its global leadership role in this regard as well as its international obligations. Any returns of refugees from Dadaab to Somalia must be in line with international law – including being safe, dignified and voluntary. This is critical to avoid any destabilising impact on Somalia and the East Africa region.
