These farms are required to report their ammonia emissions annually through their pollution inventory return. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/07/2019 answer text <p>The NHS Long Term Plan reaffirmed the commitment to modernise radiotherapy, as well as making specific commitments to commission the National Health Service new state-of-the-art Proton Beam facilities in London and Manchester. To help schools develop effective strategies, the Department has produced advice for schools which covers what should be included in the behaviour policy. This advice can be viewed here:</p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/behaviour-and-discipline-in-schools" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/behaviour-and-discipline-in-schools</a>.</p><p> </p><p>Schools can adopt a policy which allows disruptive pupils to be placed in isolation away from other pupils for a limited period. If a school uses isolation rooms as a disciplinary penalty, this should be made clear in their behaviour policy. As with other disciplinary penalties, schools must act lawfully, reasonably and proportionately in all cases. The school must also ensure the health and safety of pupils.</p><p> </p><p>As part of Ofsted inspections, schools will be asked to provide records and analysis of any use of internal insolation. Ofsted inspectors will expect schools to have clear and effective behaviour policies that promote high standards of behaviour that are applied consistently and fairly. In reaching a judgement on pupils’ personal development, behaviour and welfare, inspectors will take account of a range of information, including schools’ use of internal isolation.</p><p>As part of the Government’s response to the Timpson Review of School Exclusion, we committed to publishing clearer, more consistent guidance by summer 2020. We fully support the efforts to this end of the UN Special Envoy for Syria, Geir Pedersen, who the Foreign Secretary hosted in London in March. The UK Special Envoy for Syria discussed the situation with Mr Pedersen and international counterparts from the Syria Small Group on 23 June. We are also concerned by the potential of further tension as a result of the failure of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. We continue to call on the US to preserve the gains that the Iran nuclear deal has brought, avoiding actions that would prevent the remaining parties from meeting their commitments to uphold the deal. We have a responsibility to advertise Universal Credit and have been doing so for some time. This helps ensure people understand the benefits they may be entitled to and that they have the information they need when it comes to making a claim.</p><p>The Department has a responsibility to ensure claimants do not miss out on their full entitlements and to encourage people to make their claim as quickly as possible.</p><p>To identify complaint cases concerning the Universal Credit campaign in the Metro newspaper would require every complaint case to be examined. So, this data could only be collated at a disproportionate cost to the Department.</p><p>In November 2018 Ministers agreed to the principle of national media partnership. The specific Metro campaign was taken forward by Departmental officials.
