There is still some work to be done but departments are making sensible decisions about prioritisation.</p><p>The underlying detail for each workstream, including any assessment of those programmes, is exceptionally sensitive. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/07/2019 answer text <p>The Government has been clear that it does not intend to rely on ECMT permits after we leave the EU. The EU has agreed a regulation on basic road connectivity which guarantees rights for UK hauliers to continue providing services between the UK and the EU should the UK leave without a deal. As it stands, the Regulation would come into effect if the UK left the EU without a deal and would last until 31 December 2019.</p><p>Going forward, we will be working with Member States to agree on bilateral arrangements. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/07/2019 answer text <p>If the UK leaves the EU without a deal we expect the number of Export Health Certificates (EHCs) issued for exports to increase.</p><p>To address this increase, we have offered free training to official veterinarians, with around 1000 official veterinarians now able to sign EHCs.</p><p>We have created a new Certification Support Officer.
