answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/12/2016 answer text <p>When a company incorporates with Companies House, information is required about the company’s type, its name and registered office, its directors and shareholders, its share structure and, under measures that came into force in June this year, its beneficial owners – the people with significant influence and control over it. Copies of the company’s governing documents are also required.</p><p>A number of checks are undertaken to ensure this information is complete, formatted correctly and that it meets the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. If these requirements are not met, the application will be rejected and the company will not be incorporated.</p><p>Incorporation allows the company to take actions such as opening a bank account in its own name. But when it first seeks to do this, the company and the relevant officers of the company will be subject to due diligence processes by the bank or other relevant obliged entities with which it is entering into a business relationship. The consultation, which will be launched in the spring will consider how the current system can be improved and reinforced to ensure that companies take all reasonable steps before they are able to apply to a court for a claim. The Government strongly condemns the persecution of all minorities, including the targeting of people based on their beliefs. Our concerns are reflected in the latest update to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office annual human rights report.</p><p>The Government regularly raises our concerns about the protection of minority communities, including religious minorities, with the Pakistani Government at a senior level. During his visit to Pakistan in November, the Foreign Secretary, my Rt Hon. Friend the Member for Uxbridge and South Ruislip (Mr. Johnson) raised religious tolerance and the importance of safeguarding the rights of all Pakistan's citizens. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2016 answer text <p>The Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 ensures that workers who raise concerns of wrongdoing to their employer or a relevant external body (by making what is known as a ‘protected disclosure’) and suffer detriment as a result may seek redress through an Employment Tribunal.</p><p> </p><p>With regards to information on tax avoidance and evasion HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) gathers information from a number of sources including whistle-blowers.
