answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/05/2019 answer text <p>Under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 on Food Information to Consumers, all prepackaged food must include a label which provides the consumer with certain mandatory information, including a full list of ingredients. In addition, key allergens, as defined in Annex II of the Regulation, must be emphasised in the ingredient list, for example, by printing them in a bold typeface.</p><p> </p><p>For non-prepackaged foods and foods which are prepackaged for direct sale, a full list of ingredients is not required on the label; however, information about allergens must be made available to the consumer, whether that be on the label, orally at the point of sale or by some other means.</p><p> </p><p>Defra has recently closed a consultation to strengthen allergen labelling laws relating to pre-packaged food for direct sale and give consumers clearer information on the food they buy. We are considering all responses and continuing to work at pace to bring forward the changes necessary to give consumers greater confidence in the safety of their food. Both online and offline, perpetrators leave victims feeling constantly at risk and looking over their shoulder. This Government is committed to ensuring that victims are supported.</p><p>On 8 April we published the Online Harms White Paper and in it we set out our proposals to address both harmful and illegal conduct and content, including a broad range of online harms associated with abuse, including stalking.</p><p>Additionally, the Government has provided Refuge with £250,000 of funding through the Tampon Tax to provide specialist nationwide support to staff and survivors who experience technologically facilitated abuse. Research shows that restricting access to abortion services does not make abortions less common – it only serves to make them less safe, risking women’s and girls’ health and lives through dangerous, backstreet abortions. At least 8% of maternal deaths worldwide are caused by unsafe abortions. Millions more women and girls are left with injuries and disabilities as a result.</p><p> </p><p>The UK’s position is that safe abortion reduces recourse to unsafe abortion and thus saves lives, and that women and adolescent girls must have the right to make their own decisions about their sexual and reproductive health and well-being. It is particularly concerning because of its proximity to a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The UK High Commissioner to Honiara visited the site on 8 March, soon after the weather conditions allowed access, and discussed the situation with officials from the Solomon Islands' National Disaster Management Office. Since then, the spill has almost completely stopped and but there remains a need for further clean-up of the bay. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/01/2019 answer text <p>The Treasury has not made an estimate of the number of cash machines on high streets in the UK in each year since 2010.</p><p> </p><p>The Government recognises that widespread access to cash remains extremely important to the day-to-day lives of many consumers and businesses; and continues to engage with the regulators and industry in this area.</p><p> </p><p>The Government established the Payment Systems Regulator (PSR) in 2015, with a statutory objective to ensure that the UK’s payment systems work in the interests of their users. The PSR is, therefore, closely monitoring developments within ATM provision. It has recently used its powers to ensure LINK meets its commitment on maintaining the broad geographical spread of free-to-use ATMs.</p><p> </p><p>Statistical data on the number of ATMs is publicly available on the LINK website. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/01/2019 answer text <p>Launched in 2013, the Children’s Social Care Innovation Programme has invested £200 million in up to 98 projects across 3 funding rounds (2014-2020), enabling local authorities to develop, test and scale new approaches to supporting vulnerable children in the social care system supported by an independent evaluation.</p><p>We have supported Coventry City Council up to £871,000 over three years to adopt and adapt Project Crewe’s successful innovative model in providing targeted support to children in need. The data, which includes export values for some licences, currently provides details of licences up to 30 June 2018. Information covering the period 1 July to 30 September 2018 will be published in January 2018.</p><p>However, licences granted are not a measure of sales or exports shipped in a given period as they are generally valid for between two and five years. Licensing data only provides a partial indication of sales as exporters only declare export values for a subsection of licences (Standard Individual Export Licences).
