SPIPs are aimed at parents where there are no safeguarding concerns and are not designed to provide comprehensive advice on domestic abuse. The SPIP content is reviewed regularly, and is currently under review.</p><p> </p><p>All Cafcass practitioners are social workers with at least three years’ post qualifying experience, and all social work staff joining Cafcass receive specialist training on domestic abuse. Cafcass has developed a Domestic Abuse Practice Pathway and recently launched a Child Impact Assessment Framework (CIAF) to provide its practitioners with additional tools to assess the impact of domestic abuse and inform its recommendations to the court about child arrangements. This requires all persons that hold or control funds or economic resources that are owned, held or controlled by a designated person and subject to UK financial sanctions to report them to OFSI. OFSI also gathers information through the exercise of its statutory powers.</p><p>OFSI’s Annual Review provides an aggregate figure for the value of Libyan frozen funds held by UK institutions (£12.061 billion at close of business on 29 September 2017). This country has one of the strongest legal frameworks in the world to report, record and prosecute hate crime.</p><p>In October 2018, the government published a refreshed hate crime action plan setting out the Government’s approach to tackling hate crime, ranging from prevention to victim support. A major national communications campaign was launched in late 2018 to raise awareness about hate crime.</p><p>There is no room for complacency. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/02/2019 answer text <p>The Government believes the existing legislative framework is robust and enables the appropriate action to be taken against online platforms and retail sites that allow sales of counterfeit and substandard electrical goods.</p><p>The UK was ranked 3rd in the world for its overall IP system by Taylor Wessing in their latest Global IP Index (GIPI) in 2016.</p><p>The UK’s IP enforcement regime specifically was ranked 2nd in the world in the US Chamber of Commerce Global Innovation Policy Center (GIPC) IP Index 2018.</p><p>The UK is regularly ranked among the top couple of countries in the world for IP protection. Online platforms that fall under UK law have clearly defined responsibilities to take down listings for illegal goods once notified, and the leading platforms have been proactive in developing systems to assist IP rights holders to request takedowns effectively. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/02/2019 answer text <p>The Fire Precautions Act 1971 required fire certificates in certain, not all, buildings to which the public have access. This was repealed with the introduction of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, which came into force in October 2006 and is still extant. The current legislation does not require fire certificates to be issued by the fire and rescue authority, but does now cover all non-domestic premises.</p><p>The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires the person responsible for the premises (usually the employer, owner, managing agent or landlord) to carry out and review regularly a fire risk assessment of the premises. The current legislation also requires the person responsible of the premises to put in place and maintain adequate and appropriate fire precautions to mitigate against the risk of fire. Fire and rescue authorities are required by the Fire and Rescue National Framework to have in place a risk-based inspection programme for auditing compliance with the legislation in their area.
