answer text <p>The Government response to the recent consultation on the National Planning Policy Framework confirmed that we are considering whether any changes may be required to the planning policy for traveller sites, as a result of the changes in the revised Framework. In addition, the Government is also reviewing responses to the consultation on Powers for dealing with Unauthorised Development and Encampments, which closed on 15 June. This consultation asked whether there are any specific barriers to the provision of more authorised permanent and transit sites and, if so, whether there is any action that the Government could take to help overcome those barriers. We will provide a formal response to this consultation, as well as confirming whether any changes are required to the planning policy for traveller sites, in due course.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Responsibility for the provision of local youth services lies with local authorities. Many local authorities have youth participation functions, including youth councils, and there are youth service models, such as mutuals, which offer young people a major role in the design and delivery of services.</p><p> </p><p>Nationally, DCMS provides funding to the British Youth Council to run the UK Youth Parliament and other youth voice activities, where young people can have their say about a range of issues. We also actively seek to involve young people in the design and delivery of programmes, such as the Youth Investment Fund and recently involved young people in the consultation of the forthcoming Civil Society Strategy.</p> more like this

answer text <p>We have asked all owners of buildings over 18 metres with Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) cladding to submit samples to the BRE for screening to establish whether the materials submitted are of limited combustibility. Where samples that are sent in do not meet the limited combustibility test we are also collecting information on what insulation materials have been used.</p><p>Summary advice published on 5 September (available here: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/building-safety-programme-update-and-consolidated-advice-for-building-owners-following-large-scale-testing" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/building-safety-programme-update-and-consolidated-advice-for-building-owners-following-large-scale-testing</a>) sets out the results of screening tests and the seven large-scale system tests conducted over the summer, and includes the numbers of these buildings which have the type of insulation used.</p> more like this
