answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2017 answer text <p>We remain concerned that China continues to regard North Koreans fleeing the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) as economic migrants, and return them to North Korea, rather than as refugees under the 1951 refugee convention. Despite claims by the DPRK authorities that forcibly repatriated refugees are well treated and reintegrated into DPRK society, there are many credible reports, including from the UN Special Rapporteur, that they are often mistreated by the authorities.</p><p>During his 11 December speech at the UN Security Council meeting on the human rights situation in the DPRK, UK Permanent Representative Matthew Rycroft urged all Member States, including China, not to repatriate DPRK refugees. It is for individual ITT providers to use their professional judgement to determine the content, structure, and proportion of courses that relate to special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).</p><p>However, courses must be designed so that teacher trainees can demonstrate that they meet all of the Teachers' Standards at the appropriate level. The Standards set out the key elements of effective teaching and the minimum expectations for the professional practice and conduct of teachers. Income received from Immigration Health Surcharge payments since then is reported annually in the Home Office Annual Report and Accounts. However, the report shows the total amount of Immigration Health income raised in any given financial year, including the amount transferred at the year end to the Consolidated Fund for Extra Receipts. It does not show how much money was spent by the Home Office on collection costs, or how much was transferred to Department of Health and the Devolved Administrations for spending on the NHS; it just shows the sum of these two items. Therefore, to report the amount of Immigration Health Surcharge income “raised for the NHS” would equate to putting new information in the public domain</p><p>The Home Office collects this fee on behalf of the Department of Health and after deducting its administration/collection costs, it transfers the balance through the Main and Supplementary Estimate exercises using the Barnett Formula. Any surplus of income received over and above the allocations made in the Main and Supplementary Estimate exercises is transferred to the Consolidated Fund for Extra Receipts at the end of the year and made available by HM Treasury to Dept Health and the Devolved Administrations for spending on the NHS in the following financial year. <br>In the last Immigration Health Surcharge Order debated in Parliament £140.1m was made available for the NHS in FY15/16. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/12/2017 answer text <p>All independent sector providers of termination of pregnancy services are required by the Department’s Required Standard Operating Procedures (RSOPs) to ensure that women requesting an abortion are offered the opportunity to discuss their options and choices with, and receive therapeutic support from, a trained pregnancy counsellor. This offer should be repeated at every stage of the care pathway.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, women should be able to choose to delay appointments/booked procedures which should always override issues of timeliness.</p><p> </p><p>Independent sector clinics performing termination of pregnancy are approved by the Secretary of State for Health and registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to undertake that regulated activity. Once registered, independent sector abortion providers are inspected by the CQC who will monitor providers’ compliance with the RSOPs. The practice may also use the practice address to register homeless patients if they wish.</p><p> </p><p>GP at Hand offer traditional general medical services to patients registered with them. The enhanced model they are implementing now focuses on a digital first service through the use of a mobile app which is provided by Babylon Health.
