answer text <p>A special purpose vehicle is a company formed for a specific purpose, which may be for the short or long-term and is not limited to projects. In this way all franchised passenger train service operators are special purpose vehicles which deliver government-supported passenger rail operations. Network Rail also use special purpose vehicles, for example Network Rail Infrastructure Finance (<a href="http://www.networkrail.co.uk/investor-relations/uk-government-guarantee/" target="_blank">www.networkrail.co.uk/investor-relations/uk-government-guarantee/</a>). There are a number of other examples across the industry, but we have no complete list of them.</p><br /> more like this

However I am pleased to hear of some excellent examples of clubs reducing ticket prices such as Coventry City and Doncaster Rovers - in line with the Football Supporters' Federation 'Twenty Plenty' campaign, and that Premier League clubs are also considering an extension of the Away Supporters' Initiative.</p> more like this

answer text We understand that there are members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) on hunger strike in 13 prisons across the country. Whilst the United Kingdom cannot interfere in Colombia’s judicial process, we have in the past raised concerns regarding due process and prison conditions with the Government of Colombia – particularly in relation to imprisoned trade unionists. That said we do not currently intend to make specific representations to the Colombian government about the current hunger strike by members of the FARC. more like this
