answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/03/2015 answer text <p>HMRC does not collect information on the contribution to APD revenues made from flights to or from specific airports.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>HMRC published a report in October 2012 modelling the effects of price differentials at UK airports, including the effect of a price change at Scottish airports equivalent to the full value of air passenger duty. Figure 2 of the report gives a reading of the possible passenger response at Manchester airport.</p><p> </p><p>A cross-party process reached the recommendation that Air Passenger Duty should be devolved to the Scottish Government. HMRC analysis of the potential effects on UK airports of price changes at Scottish airports aided the discussions behind this process. The analysis can be found at https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/modelling-the-effects-of-price-differentials-at-uk-airports</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Chancellor announced on 27 February that the Government will review potential options to support regional airports affected by devolution. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/03/2015 answer text <p>This is a historic partnership between local organisations in Greater Manchester, with general practitioners as clinical leaders working with elected leaders to improve services for people living in the area.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The National Health Service bodies involved, including NHS England and the relevant clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), will remain accountable for the exercise of their functions, including the commissioning of specialised services.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>During 2015/16 funding arrangements will not change. However from April 2016, CCGs, local authorities and NHS England intend to pool even greater resources to allow integrated, local decision-making. The use of 0845 numbers were inherited from previous Government and this Department has since introduced 0345 numbers, but will retain the 0845 prefixes for the time being given it can still cost less to call these numbers from some operators’ packages.</p><p> </p><p>Any charges that apply to these calls will be set by the customer’s telephone or mobile operator. Charge variations will occur due to operator packages and individual price plans.
