The information requested is published annually in the Report of the Independent Reviewer of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007. answer text <p>HM Passport Office (HMPO) received 6 complaints during the period 2014 to 2015 relating to the passport services offered on the website provided by UK Services and Support Limited. HMPO, in conjunction with the Cabinet Office Digital Service, is working with the Office of Fair Trading, the Advertising Standards Authority, search engine providers and various trading standard bodies to curtail the activities of websites that advertise their services in a way which may be misleading to the public. HMPO has specifically worked with <br>Google for sponsored adverts from third party websites to be taken down and not to appear above the natural search results.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government has introduced a range of measures to support savers, including raising the ISA limit to £15,240, and making ISAs more flexible by allowing all of that money to be invested in stocks and shares or cash. The 65+ “Pensioner” Bond is a specific policy on top of the improvements to ISAs, designed to help savers who rely on their income during retirement. The Bonds will be taxed in line with other comparable products in the savings market: the only difference is the market-leading rate.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government set out its plans for digital radio in December 2013. We have always been clear that the listener is at the heart of any decision in relation to a digital radio switchover. With digital radio listening under 40% we concluded it was not the right time to announce a switchover or set any dates.</p><p>Whilst we are fully committed to a digital future for the UK, a decision about the timetable for a future switchover will only be considered once 50 per cent of all radio listening is on digital platforms and local and national DAB coverage matches FM.</p><p>As part of the Digital Radio Action Plan, DCMS worked with the Consumer Experts Group (originally formed to inform the digital TV switchover process) which included representatives from a number of consumer organisations*, including Age UK, in order to ensure the policy on digital radio takes account of a wide range of listeners needs. A paper by the Consumer Experts Group was published by DCMS and is available at <a href="http://www.gov.uk/government/publications/help-scheme-digital-radio-action-plan" target="_blank">www.gov.uk/government/publications/help-scheme-digital-radio-action-plan</a>. The Government will take account of this paper as part of a future consideration of a switchover.</p>

answer text <p>The Crime and Courts Act 2013 (National Crime Agency and Proceeds of Crime) (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 was laid before Parliament on 29 January. The Order makes provision for the National Crime Agency to operate in Northern Ireland with full powers. If approved by each House, it will allow NCA officers to be able to exercise constable powers and it also provides the NCA the ability to recover criminal assets in relation to offences that are devolved, together with the ability to request the recovery of assets overseas in civil recovery cases. <br><br>This will make Northern Ireland and the rest of the UK a safer place and means the most serious criminals can be pursued wherever they are. The NCA has dedicated resources currently working with Irish law enforcement agencies to tackle the threat from organised crime that affects both our countries.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this
