answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/11/2014 answer text <p>The assessment made by the Government is that 95 per cent of communities in deprived areas now have free-to-use ATMs within their area or less than two thirds of a mile from the area's centre, which has brought access to free-to-use ATMs to over 1.5 million people.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LINK" target="_blank">LINK</a> has established a Financial Inclusion Programme to provide free-to-use ATMs where they are needed, by installing ATMs that are subsidised to make their operation commercially viable for operators. However, the Government is determined that customers should be treated fairly. There are now 711,000 more women in employment and 157,000 fewer women unemployed than in May 2010. The proportion of businesses that are led by women is increasing. In 2012, 20% of SMEs were either run by women or by a team that was over 50% female, an increase from 14% in 2008. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/11/2014 answer text <p>Offenders often have complex health needs and poor health outcomes and it is important that care they have been receiving in custodial settings continues when they return to the community. For offenders leaving custody, National Health Service guidance sets an expectation that prisoners are either registered with a general practitioner (GP) practice before they leave or are provided with the necessary information to register with a GP on release and, where possible, provided with support in doing so. The Transforming Rehabilitation reforms within the justice system should enable continuity of care through the prison gate by supporting offenders from custody to community.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Registration with a GP ensures access to the healthcare services that the offender needs. Quality and Surveillance Groups (QSGs), which have been established at both local and regional level, enable partners across the health and care system to share information and intelligence about the quantity and quality of care across their localities, including those services accessed by ex-offenders on their return to the community.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Where a QSG identifies issues or concerns about the quantity or quality of care being provided in their area, members will be able to coordinate any action that is needed to respond to these concerns.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Department of Health and Ministry of Justice have jointly funded an initiative to improve the “through the gate” provision for prisoners who are dependent on drugs and alcohol. This is a reduction of 35 sitting days from the same period in 2013/14 when non-legal members sat for 454 days.</p><p> </p><p>The First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal (Composition of Tribunal) Order 2008 provides that composition of Tribunal panels is a matter for the Senior President of Tribunals and that this power may be delegated to Chamber Presidents. Decisions on the provision of accommodation for victims of domestic abuse are for local authorities: we expect local authorities to commission services based on the needs of their communities, taking account of locally available data sources.</p><p>The Government does not directly fund women's refuges. However, this Government has invested £6.5 billion investment to help vulnerable people through housing related support. A proportion of this money will be used by local authorities to commission refuge services. In addition we have made over £500 million available since 2010 to local authorities and the voluntary sector to prevent and tackle homelessness and rough sleeping. This funding will also help the most vulnerable in society, including victims of domestic abuse.</p><p>The dynamics of domestic abuse mean that accommodation can play an important role in the resolution of interpersonal abuse and conflict. This is why the homelessness legislation in England provides one of the strongest safety nets in the world for families with children and for vulnerable people who become homeless through no fault of their own.</p><p>There is a range of support for victims of domestic abuse. Some victims will be accommodated in refuges, but Sanctuary Schemes and mainstream local authority accommodation may be an option for others, while some victims will pursue independent solutions with help and advice from support schemes as necessary.</p><p>We also fund UKRefugesOnline a UK wide database of domestic violence services which supports the national 24 hour free phone domestic violence helpline. This service enables those working with victims of domestic violence to identify appropriate services and potential refuge vacancies around the country so that victims can get the help they need as quickly as possible.</p><p>This Government has ring-fenced nearly £40 million of funding for specialist local domestic and sexual violence support services until 2015. This funding is used to part-fund 54 multi-agency risk assessment conference co-ordinators and 144 independent domestic violence advisers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/11/2014 answer text <p>The Child Poverty Strategy, published in June 2014, outlined the Government’s actions to tackle child poverty and improve the living standards of poor children.[1]</p><p> </p><p>In relation to nutrition, the Government has introduced Healthy Start Vouchers for young children in low-income families, free school meals for all infant school pupils, and breakfast clubs in deprived areas.
