The Armed Forces Covenant makes clear that veterans should enjoy the same standard of healthcare by the NHS as any other UK citizen in the area where they live, and receive priority, subject to the clinical needs of others, for conditions resulting from Service. The NHS and the Devolved Administrations are fully signed up to the Armed Forces Covenant, and the NHS in England is mandated to meet this commitment.</p><p>The vast majority of Service leavers are fit and well, and no individual who is injured in the course of their duty will leave the Armed Forces until it is right for them to do so, however long that takes. As a result we are unable to provide data for the number of FNOs who were removed between 2000 and 2006. Since 2010, this Government has removed 22,000 FNOs. <br><br>The Immigration Act 2014 will have a significant impact on the ability of FNOs to delay removal by mounting legal challenges whilst in the UK. We have reduced the number of appeal rights for foreign criminals from 17 to 4, and set out clearly in primary legislation the right balance on the right to a family life under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights to prevent individuals from playing the system. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/11/2014 answer text <p>In January 2011, the Defence Support Group (DSG) commissioned a study on behalf of the Ministry of Defence through their existing facilities' management provider, Babcock, to assess the maintenance work required to enable the DSG to safely undertake vehicle and equipment operation from specified buildings on the site at Ashchurch until 2016. The study, submitted in February 2011, estimated that the cost 'to make safe' the site for the five year period would be £2.863 million excluding VAT. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/11/2014 answer text <p>As of 12 November, the UK has conducted 16 strikes in Iraq from Tornado and Reaper aircraft using Paveway IV bombs and Hellfire and Brimstone missiles against a range of targets including vehicles, troop positions, heavy weapons and facilities. Assessments of these strikes have shown that they hit and destroyed their targets successfully. An accurate count of ISIL casualties cannot always be made in this type of environment. All air strikes are conducted in accordance with the Rules of Engagement and international humanitarian law. Careful selection, approval and close observation of targets prior to a strike and the use of precision guided munitions minimises collateral damage and the potential for civilian casualties. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/11/2014 answer text <p>A list of all Ministry of Defence (MOD) Category A, B and C Projects is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.</p><p>A list of Category A, B and C Projects for Equipment (including Information, Communications and Technology but excluding Equipment Support Programmes) and Infrastructure is held and is provided in the tables attached. I am, however, withholding a number of project titles for the purpose of safeguarding national security, and that their release would, or would be likely to prejudice the capability, effectiveness or security of the Armed Forces.</p><p>Category A, B and C Equipment Projects are defined as those valued in excess of £400 million; between £100 and £400 million; and between £20 and £100 million respectively. The tables contain only those projects at the post Initial Gate/pre-In-Service Date stage.</p><p>Infrastructure projects categories A and C are defined as those valued in excess of £100 million; and between £10 and £100 million respectively.
