The INF Treaty plays a vital role in maintaining Euro-Atlantic security, and we urge Russia to ensure full and verifiable compliance.</p><p>We and our NATO Allies monitor closely the deployment of Russian military assets to Kaliningrad. answer text <p>Reducing the maximum speed of trains from 360km/h to 320km/h would result in trains taking longer to complete their overall journey. This means that, unless we buy more train sets, we will not able to run as many train services on HS2 and therefore capacity will be reduced.</p><p> </p><p>In my previous answer [HL5562], reduced capacity was also in the context of running tilting trains at 300km/h on the HS2 network. Mixing tilting trains running at 300km/h on HS2 with non-tilting trains running at 360km/h would also reduce capacity because it would reduce the number of train paths available per hour. Furthermore, the response to our market sounding of rolling stock manufacturers has indicated that <del class="ministerial">titling</del> <ins class="ministerial">tilting</ins> trains offer reduced seating capacity per train set compared with non-tilt.</p> more like this

However, details of the number of people prosecuted under the Dogs (Protection of Livestock) Act 1953 for each of the last four years for which details are available can be found in the attached table.</p><p>Defra and the Animal Health and Welfare Board for England (AHWBE) recently met police forces, farming and rural interests to discuss the situation. Under the auspices of the National Police Chiefs’ Council, five police forces are collaborating to pilot more systematic data collection of incidents and good response practices</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Office for National Statistics annually publish Civil Service employment statistics which includes a breakdown of the Department's officials split by ethnicity, gender, and disability status. <del class="ministerial">This information</del> <ins class="ministerial"><strong>Information on the Department's Senior Civil Servants (SCS) split by gender </strong></ins>can be found <ins class="ministerial">in Table 22 of the annual statistical bulletin</ins> on the Office for National Statistics website<ins class="ministerial">. Please note all published figures are rounded up to the nearest 10</ins>:</p><p><a href="https://www.ons.gov.uk/employmentandlabourmarket/peopleinwork/publicsectorpersonnel/datasets/civilservicestatistics" target="_blank">https://www.ons.gov.uk/employmentandlabourmarket/peopleinwork/publicsectorpersonnel/datasets/civilservicestatistics</a></p><p><ins class="ministerial"><strong>The proportion of SCS that were disabled at the same date was 6.6 per cent (less than 10 staff); and the proportion of SCS from a BAME background was 5.1 per cent (less than 10 staff).</strong></ins></p><p>Information about the socio-economic background of staff in my department is not held centrally and is therefore not available.</p>
