answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/11/2021 answer text <p>All children are entitled to an efficient full-time education which is suitable to their age, ability, aptitude and any special educational needs they may have.</p><p>Local authorities have a duty to make arrangements to establish the identities of children in their area who are of compulsory school age but are not registered pupils at a school and are not receiving suitable education otherwise than at a school.</p><p>If it appears to the local authority that a child of compulsory school age is not receiving suitable education, either by regular attendance at school or otherwise, then they have the power to begin procedures for issuing a school attendance order. The order will name a school at which the parent is required to register their child.</p><p>Where a pupil is not regularly attending school, local authorities and schools have a range of measures they can put in place to support school attendance.</p><p>In the 2020/21 academic year, local authorities made three requests for my right hon. Friend, the Secretary of State for Education, to issue a direction to comply with a school attendance order for academy schools. None of these requests resulted in a direction to admit. Guidance has been published by the General Medical Council to ensure transgender patients are able to receive high quality, quick and effective care when accessing general practitioner (GP) services for medication. This guidance for GPs covers transgender patient pathways and entering into a shared care agreement with a gender dysphoria clinic for the purpose of prescribing medication. CBT certificates are issued by ATBs to successful candidates and are valid for two years.</p><p>Between 1 January 2019 and 31 March 2021, which is the latest publication date, the DVSA has sold 363,600 certificates. Learner motorcyclists and motor scooter riders, like other road users, are required to comply with road traffic law and may be fined, given penalty points on their licence, or disqualified from driving if they disobey the legal requirements. Anyone with evidence of forgery taking place should report it to their bank in the first instance. If their concerns remain, or they do not have a direct relationship with the lender, they should report it to the relevant authorities.</p><p> </p><p>The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requires all authorised firms to have systems and controls in place to mitigate the risk that they be used to commit financial crime.
