The £500,000 SDLT threshold applied to sales that have been completed or substantially performed between 8 July 2020 and 30 June 2021.</p><p> </p><p>The temporary SDLT relief was designed to stimulate immediate momentum in a property market where property transactions fell by as much as 50 per cent during the COVID-19 lockdown in March. This momentum in the property market has supported the jobs of people whose employment relies on custom from the property industry, such as retailers and tradespeople.</p><p> </p><p>The relief will not be backdated for those who purchased a property before the relief was introduced. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/07/2021 answer text <p>The Department has not had specific discussions with the Royal College of Nursing.</p><p>Inhaled budesonide was trialled as part of the PRINCIPLE trial platform in the United Kingdom as a treatment for COVID-19 in non-hospitalised patients who are 65 years old and over or 50 years old and over with an underlying health condition. On 12 April, interim analysis revealed that inhaled budesonide reduced the time to self-reported recovery by a median of three days. A complete analysis is currently underway to understand the full benefit. Clinical guidance has been issued for clinicians to consider prescribing inhaled budesonide on a case-by-case basis, but it is not currently recommended as the standard of care in the UK. We are supporting the COVAX Facility as the best mechanism to deliver this, and have committed £548 million to its Advance Market Commitment, making the UK one of its largest donors. Through match funding, this commitment encouraged other donors to commit $1 billion by the end of 2020. Our commitment will contribute to the supply of at least 1.8 billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines by early 2022 for up to 92 low and middle-income countries. The UK will also share 100 million doses, 80% of which will go to COVAX to accelerate support for countries in need.</p><p>The UK is working closely with international partners such as Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, the World Health Organisation (WHO), and UNICEF to support COVAX's vaccine rollout. Those in the second stage would be offered a booster vaccine as soon as practicable after stage one, with equal emphasis on deployment of the flu vaccine where eligible.</p><p>Final decisions on the timing and scope of the vaccine booster programme, as well as cohorts and eligibility, will be made later in the year, informed by further independent advice from the JCVI. This includes further data on the durability of protection from vaccines, data supplied by manufacturers and clinical trial data regarding COVID-19 vaccine and flu vaccine coadministration.
