answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2020 answer text <p>We are fully committed to ensuring that we have the flexible resources required to run an efficient and effective migration system; including the continued delivery of the EU Settlement Scheme until 30 June 2021 and beyond.</p><p> </p><p>Administration of the Scheme will not cease on 30 June 2021; that is the deadline that EEA citizens and their family members resident in the UK have to apply for status. There will be some instances were applications made after 30 June 2021 will be accepted and guidance on that will be published in due course.</p><p> </p><p>EEA citizens and their family members who have already been granted pre-settled status will be able to make a subsequent application for settled status once they meet the criteria of being resident in the UK for a continuous year five-year period.</p><p> </p><p>EEA citizens who hold Scheme status may also bring close family members to join them in the UK after the 30 June 2021 deadline. Hamas continues to pose a threat to Israel and Israeli civilians. The UK is clear that Hamas' failure to renounce violence and recognise Israel remains a significant barrier to peace. We continue to call upon Hamas to end permanently their incitement and indiscriminate attacks against Israel. The UK retains a policy of no contact with Hamas, in its entirety. This includes a £2 billion package of funding for active travel.</p><p> </p><p>This will significantly increase the funding available for local authorities to deliver cycling and walking infrastructure, including on canal towpaths.
