We are hosting webinars to help traders familiarise themselves with those export processes, including for the Association Independent Meat Suppliers and International Meat Trade Association. To make this fund even more accessible, we have expanded the eligibility criteria so that grant payments to zoos begin when they reach their final 12 weeks of financial reserves, rather than six weeks, and so that zoos can apply for funding at any time before reaching this 12 week point to help with their business planning. The statutory Code of Practice for the Welfare of Horses, Ponies, Donkeys and their Hybrids provides keepers with information on how and when tethering may be used. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/10/2020 answer text <p>The scheme will cover businesses across the UK with premises that are legally required to close as a direct result of government coronavirus restrictions set by one or more of the four governments in the UK, including businesses which have premises restricted to providing delivery and collection services.</p><p> </p><p>If and when new local or national sector closures are announced, new businesses will become eligible for support under the scheme if they are affected.</p><p> </p><p>Businesses that are open can use the other element of the Job Support Scheme aimed at those able to open but facing lower levels of demand, available from 1 November. The Government will pay a third of hours not worked up to a cap, so that employees earn a minimum of 77 per cent of their normal wages.</p><p> </p><p>In addition to the JSS, the Government has made available a comprehensive package of support for businesses to support their cashflow during the pandemic, including loan schemes and tax deferrals. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/10/2020 answer text <p>As set out in the Treasury’s Statement of Funding Policy, the Barnett formula is applied at departmental level at Spending Reviews, and at programme level at fiscal events.</p><p> </p><p>Since HS2 typically receives its annual funding at Spending Reviews, the funding for HS2 cannot be associated with specific Barnett consequentials.
