answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/03/2019 answer text <p>The Home Office has not estimated the number of British citizens living elsewhere in the European Union with a European Economic Area national partner who may decide to continue their family life in the UK after it leaves the EU</p><p>In the event the UK leaves with a deal, British citizens will be able to return to the UK and benefit from the existing so-called “Surinder Singh” provisions throughout the implementation period. This means their family members will be able to return to the UK as now and apply to the EU Settlement Scheme. This is reflected in the Immigration Rules laid on 7 March 2019. HEE intended to publish a second phase, longer-term strategy that looked at the cancer workforce needs beyond 2021. This work was started and stakeholders from within the National Health Service and the charitable sector contributed to the early discussions. This work has since been superseded by publication of the NHS Long Term Plan in January 2019.</p><p> </p><p>My Rt. hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care has subsequently commissioned Baroness Dido Harding, working closely with Sir David Behan, to lead a number of programmes to engage with key NHS interests to develop a detailed workforce implementation plan. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/03/2019 answer text <p>The Supreme Court has upheld the lawfulness of the minimum income requirement, which prevents burdens on the taxpayer and promotes integration, ruling that it strikes a fair balance between the interests of those wishing to sponsor a partner to settle in the UK and of the community in general. The Court found that the minimum income requirement is not a breach of the right to respect for private and family life under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights and is not discriminatory.</p><p>We continue to keep the family Immigration Rules under review and make adjustments in light of feedback on their operation and impact. NHS England will publish its response in due course. No contracts will be entered into before the response has been published. Any award of the contract will be subject to successful completion of the Integrated Support and Assurance Process (ISAP).</p><p> </p><p>On 13 February, the Department laid The Amendments Relating to the Provision of Integrated Care Regulations 2019. The instrument makes changes to regulations which are considered necessary to support the introduction of proposed new contractual arrangements for the provision of integrated health and care services under an ICP contract. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/03/2019 answer text <p>On the 12<sup>th</sup> February the Government responded to the report of the chair of the Task and Finish Group on Taxi and PHV licensing, confirming its support for mandating disability awareness training for taxi and PHV drivers as part of National Minimum Standards, and committing to bringing forward legislation when Parliamentary time allows.</p><p> </p><p>For the majority of the protections provided by the Equality Act 2010 it is for the individual who believes they have been discriminated against to personally seek advice or redress by bringing the case to court. In addition to helping increase the rate of delivery of new housing, it will help deliver a range of benefits including diversifying the housebuilding sector, improving design and construction quality, developing modern methods of construction, and sustaining local communities and local economies. The support and close involvement of the local community enables the community-led approach to secure planning permission and deliver housing that could not be brought forward through speculative development.</p><p>The Community Housing Fund is currently scheduled to close in March 2020. While the programme was launched relatively recently, there is still time for many community-led schemes to access funding and deliver housing, although we appreciate that this will be more difficult for very new schemes.
