answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/05/2019 answer text <p>The Minister’s Mandate, which is mainly concerned with the conservation of the natural and cultural heritage of the Crown lands of the New Forest, does not contain any references to the provision or the letting of dwellings.</p><p> </p><p>The principles guiding the Forestry Commission’s approach to housing in the New Forest are unchanged. The Commission aims primarily to meet its operational requirements in respect of housing for its own workforce, some of whom are also Commoners, but also continues to offer discounted residential rents to other Commoners in the New Forest. The Commission plays a vital role in the life of the New Forest, and over the past 25 years has done much to support commoning through its land management and property policies. We know more needs to be done to protect consumers.</p><p>We have announced our intention for a New Homes Ombudsman to be established and I am considering options for a shadow ombudsman. We will be bringing forward legislation to require developers to belong to a New Homes Ombudsman, which will treat home buyers fairly. We’ll soon be consulting on the details of how this will work - to raise standards and ensure that problems encountered by consumers are resolved faster and more effectively.</p><p>We will also establish the condition that housing developers must belong to a New Homes Ombudsman to participate in the new Help to Buy Scheme in England, post 2021. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/05/2019 answer text <p>Under the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Amended) Regulations 2017, providers of National Health Service secondary funded care are required by law to make and recover costs from patient who are not ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom where no category of exemption applies. In cases where treatment is non-urgent, providers are required to recover costs in advance of treatment.</p><p>In order to assist providers in doing this, the Department has issued guidance to providers of NHS funded secondary care ‘Guidance on implementing the overseas visitors charging regulations’ which set out the rules and best practices processes to follow to recover costs for treatment, including identifying those who may be chargeable and ensuring they are charged the relevant fee. This includes identifying those patients whose treatment costs may be subject to reciprocal healthcare arrangements, including the European Health Insurance Card. The Defence Secretary has asked that they consider the award of a medal for the Nuclear Test Veterans.</p><p>Details of the Sub-Committee's membership and terms of reference, as well as the process for assessing historic medals claims, will be announced by the Cabinet Office in due course and the AMSC is intended to start work in 2019.</p><p>The Government continues to recognise and be grateful to all Servicemen and women who participated in the British nuclear testing programme.
