Claimants can access up to 100% of the total expected monthly award, for which they can pay back over a period of up to 12 months. From October 2021, this maximum repayment period will be extended further to 16 months.</p><p> </p><p>Around 60 per cent of new claims take up an advance. I raised the case with the Libyan Ministers of Justice and Foreign Affairs during my visit to Tripoli in April 2018 and followed up with letters to the Ministers on the subject, hand delivered by our Ambassador.</p><p>Raising legacy cases with the Libyan Government is challenging in the context of the ongoing political and security situation. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/03/2019 answer text <p>It is an employer’s legal responsibility to ensure that they report on time and that their figures are accurate. The vast majority of the over 10,500 that reported last year have completed the calculations correctly. In 2018, the Equality and Human Rights Commission commenced enforcement action against 100 employers suspected of publishing inaccurate gender pay gap figures.</p><p> </p><p>The EHRC enforcement found that they were a result of errors, rather than a deliberate attempt to mislead. They have worked closely with employers to identify and correct errors.
