Mitigation payments for Tax Year 2018-19 will be made in June 2019 to those with taxable earnings of £27,200 or more. Mitigation payments for Tax Year 2019-20 will be made in June 2020 to those with taxable earnings of £28,193 or more. Once the review of Misconduct in Public Office is complete, Government will consider and respond to the Law Commission's conclusions. This objective was achieved, so the question of reprioritisation has not arisen.</p><p> </p><p>The Northern Ireland Office had one SI required to correct a deficiency for EU Exit, the Flags (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, which were approved by Parliament on 3 April 2019. Contributions in to the Railways Pension Scheme are split according to a shared cost arrangement, whereby employers (the Train Operating Companies) pay 60% and employees pay the remaining 40%.
