answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/06/2018 answer text <p>Public Health England (PHE) routinely monitors coverage for the national immunisation programme, including the Measles Mumps Rubella (MMR) vaccine on a quarterly and annual basis. PHE also conducts routine measles surveillance publishing data on laboratory confirmed cases on a quarterly and annual basis.</p><p> </p><p>In 2017, the total number of laboratory confirmed measles cases in England was 274. From 1 January to 18 June 2018, there have been 643 lab confirmed cases, with London (225), the South East (137), West Midlands (82), South West (79), and Yorkshire and Humberside (74) reporting the most cases. The increase in cases is associated with importations from outbreaks in Europe that have led to some limited spread in the population, particularly in young people and adults who missed out on MMR vaccine when they were younger.</p><p> </p><p>Annual national statistics from 2016/17 show that coverage for the first dose of MMR vaccine in five year olds reached the World Health Organization target of 95% for the first time. This continues an improving coverage trend which has seen figures improve year on year since 2006-07.</p><p> </p><p>Coverage for MMR vaccine in England for children reaching their second birthday fell to 91.6% in 2016-17 compared to 91.9% in 2015-16. This is the third consecutive year that MMR coverage has been decreasing. The Electoral Commission conducts accuracy and completeness assessments of the electoral registers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2018 answer text <p>The British public deserves to have confidence in our democracy and the Government is committed to making sure that our electoral system is fit for the future.</p><p> </p><p>Voter ID was successfully tested at the local elections on 3 May by five local authorities: Bromley, Gosport, Swindon, Watford and Woking. Proxy voters in Peterborough were also required to show ID before they could vote. The overwhelming majority of people cast their vote without a problem.</p><p> </p><p>Local authorities were responsible for the delivery of any adverts, literature or paid content relating to the pilots in their respective areas. The additional costs of the voter ID pilots have yet to be collated. Funding for the additional cost of piloting voter ID will be provided by the Cabinet Office. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2018 answer text <p>The government is determined that everyone who is entitled to the National Minimum and Living Wage (NMW) receives it.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC does not hold separate data for National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage. As referenced in <a href="https://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-questions-answers/?page=1&amp;max=20&amp;questiontype=AllQuestions&amp;house=commons%2clords&amp;uin=136268" target="_blank">UIN 136268</a>, the ‘National Living Wage’ is a rate for workers aged 25 and over which was introduced in April 2016.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC always takes action to ensure workers receive what they are entitled to. In 2015/16, 958 employers were identified as paying below the NMW. In 2016/17, 1134 employers were identified as paying below the NMW, of which two were prosecuted for underpayment of NMW.</p><p> </p><p>Breaches of NMW legislation are normally a civil matter, consequences for not complying with paying NMW can include fines of 200% of the arrears and public naming.</p><p> </p><p>Criminal prosecution is reserved for the most serious non-compliance.
