Proposals for changes to the questionnaire will be considered in consultation with relevant stakeholders and building on the available evidence. Presenteeism is one area being actively considered.</p><p> </p><p>Limited changes are made to the questionnaire over time to maintain a useful time series and to keep the survey at a manageable length.
